Introducing Wallet Policies for Spend Management πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

Atinuke Onanuga

The blinding Christmas lights and the skyrocketing budgets from the HR and the marketing team are enough tell-tale signs that we are in December.

We understand the importance of staying organized as a business owner during this period; this is why we want you to get familiar with our wallet policies to enhance your expense-tracking process and transparent transactions.

As an admin, you can now set up either a limit policy or a document policy for payments that require approval from other members of your team or a document (invoice or receipt). Once you set up a limit or document policy, all employees assigned to the wallet on your Allawee account will receive a notification when they make a purchase that falls under the criteria for this new policy; they’ll receive a reminder to wait for approval or to upload a matching receipt before making any transactions.

Enabling Limit or Document policy can help you:

  • Save time with more streamlined documentation for you and your finance team.
  • Better track your business expenses to maintain a healthy cash flow.

We are confident these policies will help ensure a smooth and seamless December. Set a policy now
