1. Services

1.1 Allawee provides virtual cards, expense management tools, APIs, and related financial technology services (“Services”).

1.2 Allawee may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice.

1. Eligibility

2.1 You must be a duly registered business or authorized representative to use our Services.

2.2 Allawee reserves the right to refuse or revoke access at its sole discretion.

3. Pricing & Fees

3.1 All fees, charges, and pricing for our Services are set by Allawee and may be updated at any time.

3.2 Price changes are effective immediately once posted on our platform or communicated via email.

3.3 Continued use of the Services after a pricing change constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

4. Virtual Cards

4.1 Allawee may issue you or your employees virtual cards for business expenses.

4.2 Allawee may impose limits, fees, or restrictions on card usage at its discretion.

4.3 Allawee may suspend, revoke, or cancel any card without prior notice or liability.

4.4 You are responsible for all transactions made with your cards.

5. Liability

5.1 Allawee does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.

5.2 Allawee shall not be liable for:

6. Termination

6.1 Allawee may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

6.2 You may terminate by closing your account, but remain liable for all outstanding fees and card transactions.

7. Data & Privacy

7.1 Allawee will process customer data in line with applicable data protection laws.

7.2 You consent to Allawee storing and processing your data for the provision of Services.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All intellectual property in the Services remains the property of Allawee.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for your business operations.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allawee, its officers, and affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

10.2 Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 14 days, disputes shall be referred to mediation in Lagos, Nigeria, and if unsuccessful, to the courts of Nigeria.

11. Amendments

Allawee may update or revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on its website or platform. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
